  Our large and flexible production facilities allow us to manufacture all types and sizes of Multileaf and Parabolic springs. Top of the line infrastructure ensures quality and reduces production times. Moreover, much of the specialized machinery and equipment utilized by us has been engineered and developed in-house.  
  Our current capacity of 1200 tons per month is expected to increase by 2000 tons per month. Our production facilities have other special features like:  
Totally mechanized raw material unloading and handling.
PLC controlled hot working stations and oil fired furnaces with PID temperature controllers.
In-house calibration facilities and a highly automated assembly line.
Conveyorized painting line with baking oven.
Full forging capabilities & extensive heat treating and stress peening facilities.

Wide range of products from single prototypes to small batch sizes to high volumes.
Product development time of just 7 days.
Wide variety of Steel sizes.
Capable to produce light Springs of 4 kgs to heavy Springs exceeding 180 kgs.
