Apart from time bound, structured programs, Tata Engage platform also connects volunteers with volunteering opportunities throughout the year. Non-profits registered with Tata Sustainability Group (TSG) can upload projects on the website and volunteers can get in touch with the non-profits directly to contribute.

Talks and planning can help determine the right path to herald change. But to effect change, we need to roll up our sleeves and get into action mode.
Who Can Volunteer?
Tata Employees    |    Their Family Members     |    Retired Tata Employees
Any of the above can volunteer during Tata Volunteering Week as the activities do not necessarily require volunteers to possess specialized skills. However, volunteers are advised and expected to be sensitive to the communities and beneficiaries they work with and follow the volunteering guidelines.

How We Go About It?
During each Tata Volunteering Week, the Tata companies across our global locations organize volunteering opportunities for volunteers of the Tata Engage community. Volunteers typically spend half a day during TVW, carrying out volunteering work in groups.
They can choose their areas of interest based on a centralised pool of opportunities available on the Tata Engage Website and participate in activities organized by any Tata company. All through the week, companies drive awareness and create interest among employees.
Role Of Tata Sustainability Group
Tata Volunteering Week is initiated and driven centrally by Tata Sustainability Group through a number of channels. These include:
