Corporate Governance

We were the first non-Japanese pharmaceutical company from Asia to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). We take pride in our ability to adhere and go beyond some of the most stringent regulatory norms in the world. Our Board includes seven Independent Directors who are stalwarts in their profession. These Independent Directors not only enrich us with their varied experience, but also ensure that we do what we are meant to do.
