| Engaging with our stakeholders is an integral part of our sustainability initiative. We exist for our customers and stakeholders and hence it is important for us to understand what our stakeholders think about our work. But meaningful engagement goes beyond just listening; it also involves understanding the needs of our stakeholders and aligning our focus areas with their areas of concern. |

| We engage with a wide spectrum of stakeholders ranging from patients to doctors to pharmacists to regulatory bodies. Naturally, we engage with each stakeholder group in a specific manner. |

Dr. Reddy's Foundation for Health Education (DRFHE), founded in 2002, extends its social responsibility to the patient community, doctors, nurses and society at large. Through DRFHE we connect with the users of our end product and also with the people who prescribe
their usage. |

Regular forums for investors double up as channels for discussion about sustainability related matters and achievements. |

We firmly believe that people continue to carry the spirit of the organisation even after they cease to be its employees. Hence, we have in place a Dr. Reddy's alumni network called 'Friends Forever' which constantly communicates with our former-employees in order to get their viewpoint on our functioning and future course of action. |
