DIVERSITY MANAGEMENT
At Dr. Reddy's, diversity is celebrated in culture, age, gender, caste, religion, language and ethnicity. We continuously enhance this diversity in our workforce; be it by amplifying our global talent pool, inducting young and fresh talent, employing differently-abled individuals, or increasing the ratio of female employees.  
Beyond these parameters, we also focus on assimilating people with varied educational background, knowledge domain, functional expertise, industry excellence and international experience, both on the management board as well as on the execution team.  
At Dr. Reddy's, we encourage diversity in thinking, and commonality in execution .

Globally, our employees hail from 25 nations. This diversity is also reflected at the highest level, where 30% members of our Board of Directors are foreign nationals.

Women Professionals' Meet  
We are a member of Forum for Women in Leadership (WIL), which is committed to bringing senior women executives from leading companies in Corporate India together, for leveraging the talent
pool and redefining best-employers for women in leadership positions.
PSAI held its first-ever Women Professionals' Meet on October 14 at Hyderabad. Women employees of the Hyderabad , Miryalaguda and Visakhapatnam units participated in full strength.
Abhijit Mukherjee (Business Head – Dr. Reddy's), spoke on career opportunities for women professionals in the PSAI Business. Ms. Rachel Chatterjee, IAS (Principal Secretary, Government of Andhra Pradesh) – a special invitee on the occasion – gave an inspiring talk on career management issues for women. An ‘Open House' by Rajorshi Ganguli (Sr. Director, PSAI HR), was followed by a plethora of entertainment activities.
