This has also led to an increased influx of ex-employees at various levels, across geographies in the past five years. In an internal survey, more than 60% of the returning employees voted for Dr. Reddy's work culture as a key factor in their decision to return.

Values & Culture Week
 
   
  We celebrate ‘Values & Culture Week' across our organisation through a host of activities such as competitions, games and events. A few highlights of this celebration include - the message from the President of the Business; signature campaign by all the employees on their commitment to live the values; various competitions on the themes
of values.
 
Debates on value dilemmas and
nominating "values icon" for the unit is
another unique feature of this week.
  Senior leaders from across the organisation are also called upon to interact with the employees and share their experiences of living the values.
