Elixir - Dr. Reddy's internal magazine has been gaining popularity. Employees commented that
it served as a good platform in which to feature or to get to know colleagues from across the Company. Elixir was read at leisure and shared with families. Employees were also well aware of "Around Dr. Reddy's" (the in-house circular) and the intranet portal - mydrreddys.com, and also
kept themselves updated with emails on Sustainability from the CEO and the Corporate Communications Team. |
