Though, the nature of our business does not accommodate flexi working hours or telecommuting, we still try to extend this facility wherever possible. |

| Our employees, therefore, have the flexibility of taking time out for their family. In case of a personal priority or medical situation, our employees can opt to work part time, provided they have worked with the Company for at least 12 months. Employees can continue to work part-time up to one year. |

| The special option of flexible work-hours is also available for our female associates, diagnosed as HIV positive. |

| Sabbatical Support |
|
| In addition to leave benefits, employees across cadres at Dr. Reddy's can apply for a sabbatical to either complete a full-time higher education course, to appear for examinations, for maternity and child-care reasons or for health and medical emergencies in the family. |

| Once employees have availed of a sabbatical, they can apply again after they have resumed work and put in another two years of continuous service. |
