Maternity Benefits
In today's competitive age, it is important for employees to build a relationship with their work, but not at the cost of their relationship with family members and friends. Work-life conflict can have negative consequences on both professional and personal responsibilities and can be a source of considerable stress.
An additional one-month leave is granted to combat illnesses arising out of pregnancy, delivery, premature birth of a child, or miscarriage.
On adoption of a child, women employees can take up to 15 days of paid leave. Women employees also have the option to take a sabbatical or opt for part-time work to look after their baby. Furthermore, they can also get two hours off every day for a year in case they need to come in late or leave early to look after their child.
Most of our offices have a child-care crèche facility wherein children benefit from competent care.

Our permanent female employees receive
120-days paid maternity leave vis-à-vis 90 days as prescribed in the Maternity Act of 1961, in India.
Paternity Benefits
Male employees now have the advantage of getting a five-day paid paternity
leave that can be availed of within three months of child's birth or adoption. This
leave can be combined with regular leave and weekends or declared holidays.
