Maternity Benefits |

An additional one-month leave is granted to combat illnesses arising out of pregnancy, delivery, premature birth of a child, or miscarriage. |

On adoption of a child, women employees can take up to 15 days of paid leave. Women employees also have the option to take a sabbatical or opt for part-time work to look after their baby. Furthermore, they can also get two hours off every day for a year in case they need to come in late or leave early to look after their child. |
