| The Material Sourcing Quality Assurance group (MSQA) successfully implements Dr. Reddy’s Quality and Regulatory initiatives at Strategic Business Partner sites. Through the model of Contract Manufacturing and Strategic Sourcing, MSQA works for the continual development of selected partners. |

| In order to facilitate continuing and structured sharing of knowledge we have developed a common platform called QuESt – Quality, Environment and Sustainability. |

QuESt brings together all our strategic business partners into a common forum where they meet and discuss key issues related to quality, identify areas of improvement and suggest action plans which can be implemented in their respective organisations for future benefits.

| Although we have a number of business partners, many of our key raw materials are sourced from individual vendors. Last year, a dedicated team was set up to accelerate the development of alternate vendors. |
