The first step to safeguard the lives of our employees is to nip accidents in the bud by spreading awareness about workplace safety practices.
This year too, we continued to conduct monthly safety campaigns across all manufacturing sites. The campaigns focused on varied topics like emergency management, static electricity, work permit system, construction safety, laboratory safety, etc.
The HR team members at each plant actively participated in these campaigns by preparing banners, posters, and conducting training, quiz programmes, and film screenings.
