At Dr. Reddy's, we never forget to appreciate performance. We encourage talent through a multitude of media: acknowledgements, performance appraisals, compensation packages, reward incentives, employee benefits, in-house awards, et al.

Our performance management process flows from an in-house variant of the balanced score card. It involves an innovative, variable pay plan benefit that clearly differentiates high performers from the rest and motivates employees to strive for excellence.

We also foster a sense of belonging and ownership through our performance-based Employee Stock Option Plan for eligible employees. Our compensation and reward system is aligned to individual performance and overall corporate performance.

An overseas posting rotation is encouraged to support learning and

  Job Rotation
 
An active job rotation policy is in place wherein an employee is free to
apply for any role in the organisation provided he/she spends at least
one year in the current role. This job rotation benefit is offered to employees across all levels - junior as well as senior.
 
For their outstanding contribution, employees are appreciated and rewarded at various forums in the organisation and business unit level. The most prestigious organisation-wide recognition being the Chairman's Excellence Award and Best Team Award. At a business unit level, we recognise talent through a plethora of awards.

Long Service Recognition  
 
We believe in building everlasting bonds with our employees.
Towards this objective, we celebrate key milestones of employee's tenure - 5,10,15,20, 25 years and so on.
Recognition
A company-wide felicitation is planned during the Annual Celebrations for those who complete 25 years of service at Dr. Reddy's. For the other categories the felicitation is planned in the respective Business Units or Functions.
Reward
