Encouraging Employee Involvement  
Our employees are our change agents and hence we accord them with innumerable opportunities to be a part of the decision making process. Beyond the Management Council, we also have a formal business level council / leadership team for each business, which decides and debates on matters of priority.  
Each location has a site leadership team comprising employees across hierarchies.  
Employee suggestions are also sought through various in-house forums conducted regularly.
A couple of them include: Quarterly Communication and Open Houses.
 
In addition, employees are also encouraged to send in their suggestions directly to the Top Management. In fact, our CEO's blog (Perspectives) encourages employees to interact with him.  
   
Employees' Suggestion Platforms
 
   
  Simplify
  An employee involvement initiative, Simplify provides our employees the platform to give suggestions on process improvements. Valid suggestions are not only recognised by the Plant Head, but also get implemented by the concerned Head of Department.
  Enabling You
  The policy section on our portal is open for all our employees to share their suggestion on how they can keep improving the work environment. They can email suggestions to enable@drreddys.com or get on to the blog to share their ideas.
