an Assessment Centre has helped Mahindra to bring in a scientific dimension to the Career Progression process, for the middle management.
This year the 'Development Centre' program was conducted for 32 executives in E band - The band created for Senior Management Executives. The positive response is evident from the fact that it received a feedback rating of 4.5 on a scale of 5. The Mahindra Group Inter Company Mobility Guideline - An initiative which happens when a full-time executive on the payroll of one Mahindra Group Company moves to the payroll of another Mahindra Group Company with continuity of service which protects the overall tenure of employment of the executive. This shift facilitates cross learning and seeding of best practices.
